Brewing the perfect cup of tea is an artform in itself. Some prefer a sweet cup & some prefer a more bitter cup. Use our guide to help you find your perfect brew.
For all our teas we advise using 1 heaping teaspoon per 8-10 ounces of water. Water is important. We prefer reverse osmosis or spring water.
Black Tea: 212 ̊ F for 3-5 minutes Puerh Tea: 212 ̊ F for 3-5 minutes Oolong Tea: 200 ̊ F for 2-3 minutes Green Tea: 180 ̊ F for 2-3 minutes White Tea: 200 ̊ F for 2-3 minutes Chai: 212 ̊ F for 3-5 minutes Tisanes: 212 ̊ F for 5-7 minutes Floral/Herbal: 212 ̊ F for 3-5 minutes Rooibos: 212 ̊ F for 3-5 minutes |
