Black Tea Decaf - India

This Flowering Orange Pekoe (FOP) is decaffeinated by using an all-natural chemical-free hot water method. An initial soak allows some of the water-soluble caffeine molecules to be drawn out of the tea before the leaves are once again dried and then packaged.  This process allows the tea to be a full-bodied fragrant infusion that is typical of Nilgiri black teas from Southern India. it has hints of floral and citrus notes with a bright brew that is pleasant to the last drop! Please note that there is no type of decaffeination that removes all of the caffeine in tea so drink responsibly.
